Biograph is a voice-based storytelling platform. We help you record, preserve, and share meaningful stories and personal insights through voice conversations, AI assistance, and multimedia output (e.g., books, comics, videos, transcripts).

2. Who Can Use Biograph 🪪

You must be at least 18 years old to use Biograph.

By using the Service, you confirm that you:

• Are 18 years of age or older
• Have legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Will provide accurate and truthful account information

Biograph is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18.

If you are using Biograph on behalf of someone else (e.g. a family member), you confirm that you have legal permission to do so and are at least 18 years old yourself.

3. Your Content and Data 🔐

a. You Own Your Stories

You retain all rights to your voice recordings, stories, transcripts, and other content you share with Biograph ("User Content").

b. License to Use

By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Process your content using AI to generate outputs you request
• Store and display it for you
• (If you choose) Share it with people you explicitly invite

We will never sell or publicly use your content without your permission.

4. AI-Generated Content 🤖

Some content is generated using artificial intelligence ("AI"), which may produce unexpected or imperfect results. You acknowledge that:

• AI outputs are based on patterns, not personal judgment
• We do not guarantee factual accuracy or completeness
• You are responsible for how you use or share generated content

5. Acceptable Use 📵

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Use Biograph to harm, harass, or defame others
• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• Modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time
• Update these Terms (we'll notify you if changes are significant)

You are responsible for reviewing changes, and continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

• Availability or uptime
• Fitness for a particular purpose

We are not responsible for loss of content due to user error or internet connectivity issues.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Story Industries, Inc. shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the past 12 months.

📩 Messaging Program (SMS, RCS, Short Code)

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive informational and transactional messages from Biograph via SMS, RCS, or other messaging channels. These messages may relate to onboarding, reminders, story submission, content delivery, or product feedback.

• Message & data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
• To opt out, reply STOP at any time.
• For help, reply HELP or email us at support@biograph.ai.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Messaging is only available to users 18 years or older.

10. Governing Law 🇺🇸

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal dispute shall be resolved in courts located in Delaware.
